A Citizens Advice employee completed his first full marathon whilst raising funds for the local charity.
Adam Spong, Advice Session Supervisor at Citizens Advice in East Dorset & Purbeck, recently completed the Brighton marathon and helped raise over £3,300 which will go towards the general running costs of the service.
Adam said: “It was a great event to be part of and I want to thank everyone who has donated and supported me. We’ve raised a considerable amount of money which will help local residents access our services and additional donations are still very much welcome!”
Adam was one of three runners who ran the Brighton Marathon in aid of Citizens Advice in East Dorset & Purbeck. The other people have connections with the charity.
