Our Dorset Energy Bus stops at locations across Dorset providing residents with access to free energy advice including:   

  • Energy efficiency advice
  • Billing issues
  • Meter problems
  • Supplier questions
  • Prepayment meter questions
  • Carbon monoxide awareness
  • Free CO monitors

Christmas opening hours we are closed for the Christmas period between 24th December, reopening on Friday 2nd January. Please note that our bus timetable will resume week beginning Monday 5th January.

New locations our Energy Bus will be stopping at The Hub, Verwood on Monday 15th December.
